Update...
Okidokey, it's been a week, what have we done? Plenty!
We started out with a trip up north to Sabana Grande where I have been living for 3 months. After that, a short stop to Somoto Canyon where we swam through a recently "discovered" and not so touristy canyon. Then of to Esteli and the famous Miraflor natural reserve which was something short of a disappointment... It was a 6 hour hike seeing the same thing. A tree that had some sort of "beard". Anyways, after that a quick stop in Leon where we did a short hike up a volcano followed by a sandboard down!

Now:
After an eight hour long busride from Managua to Rama followed by a overnight 12 hour boatride we are now here, Little Corn Island. Nicaraguas most remote paradise! We spend the days lying in the sand, playing cards or enjoying the somewhat imported reggae music playing at several local cafes. We have a tight schedule ahead of us so we are really savoring the relaxed nature of this magical island! Diving awaits tomorrow and then back to the mainland on Tuesday.

As for other exiting news, we have booked tickets to Cartagena, Colombia and from Cartagena to Lima. The Machu Picchu Inca Trail is almost booked!
